Big capitalist corporations that can afford to hold millions of dollars of inventory on stock don't care about you, they care about your money. They are friendly, courteous, and helpful. I used to shop at Pet Supply Plus and PetSmart. I tried Purely Pets one time and I'll be going back for every purchase.
