Company has no consideration for parked cars and no respect on requests to not block cars in. Twice this company has blocked me in and all they had to do was park their truck facing the opposite way...they could have still dropped their ramp in the same spot without blocking ANY cars. Would never use this company. Disrespectful.
We used M&J for three moves and they were always very accommodating and charged very reasonable prices. When a family member was ill, we had to cancel and reschedule, THEN cancel and reschedule again! They couldn't have been nicer....also took great care to keep carpets clean and prevent damage to items. Would definitely call them again!
On time (to the minute!) Fair pricing, very fast and courteous. Took great care with my items, even taking off doors and carefully, yet quickly, moving everything no matter how big, unwieldy or heavy. Would definitely recommend them!
I don't usually write online reviews but felt compelled as I was genuinely impressed by this company, who moved us into our new home this past weekend. The price was very reasonable, and the office staff were extremely patient and helpful with my wife and me to prepare an inventory. The movers themselves were punctual (they actually asked if they could come even earlier than scheduled), and exceptionally polite. They did not act the slightest bit put off when we swapped some items in and out on the fly. All of our items were moved carefully and considerately; the crew was efficient but very careful. Nothing was damaged (including our walls and floors) upon delivery. We were asked where to place each item when it came into the new house and again there was no grumbling or hesitation when my wife changed her mind a few times on the location of a few things. Based on the service we received, I would recommend this company wholeheartedly.
