It's the best LBS in Buffalo, service is great, that's probably why they have such high prices. It's still a great bike shop so won't take away from a 5 star rating due to high prices.

Bought my first really nice bike here and I have zero regrets! I was sick of riding a mountain bike so I was doing a lot of research on road bikes. I saw online that they had the one I wanted on sale so I went in to check it out. The girl that helped me was very knowledgeable and set me up to take it for a ride. What's awesome about this place is they are on a dead end street with a longer side street across Walden. So you can ride your bike up and down in a real setting and really pick up some speed. When I decided I wanted it Tom himself adjusted all of the settings so i was at the right height and all the angles were correct. I love the bike and I'm happy I came here. My girlfriend got her bike from the other big bike shop around here and they didn't adjust anything for her. They are a nice shop too, but she did not get the level of detail that I did here especially from the owner to boot! The only "complaint" I'd have is I brought an older mountain bike in for a tune up a couple years ago and I was told it couldn't just be tuned up and would cost something like $400 to "fix." (You can buy a new bike for that price) I work with a guy that used to fix bikes and he fixed it for $40 with parts from Go Bike Buffalo. So, great place to buy a new bike, maybe not a great place to fix an old one!
I had never heard of Toms. I was told by a friend that they could help me find bikes for my sons. I walked in and asked a guy behind the counter if he had any bikes for young beginner roadbikers. He asked a multitude of questions since the riders were not with me at the time. His knowledge of what would be practical and affordable and correct for them was staggering. And yes, all this without them being present, just me telling info about them. That turned out to be the day I met Tom Lonzi, owner and obvious person in the right business. People, Bikes, Their Satisfaction to their style and reason for riding is what comes first. Amazingly, no pressure no matter what kind of bike you ride! Highly recommended...their service and staff will keep you coming back.
